I’m here to wildly weave the duality of light and dark together so that you feel safe painting with your full spectrum of colors.

I’m here to see your gifts, power, and resilience and reflect it all back to you when you attend my poetry workshops, Cacao circles, conscious connection events, or retreats in beautiful San Diego, California.

Why I’m into this stuff:

A profound chronic health challenge has been the catalyst of my spiritual awakening. It cracked me open and taught me how to truly be with myself. I’ve journeyed through a complete reprogramming of beliefs. I’ve learned how to meet others exactly where they are, without needing to fix, mask, or rush the process. I tell ya though, this is an ongoing process for sure!

The only way I’ve been able to keep fighting is due to the love and support of my family and my community. So I now help facilitate the medicine of community and friendship for others who may be struggling or going through major life transitions.

What I Offer:

I do not offer one-size-fits-all containers. I am constantly learning and growing to fit the needs of my own expansion in addition to that of our collective consciousness. I weave a tapestry of modalities including somatic practices, ecstatic dance, guided meditation, breathwork, poetry, and ceremonial Cacao.

My Journey with Cacao:

I was called to Cacao medicine two years ago and her presence has since shaped my path forward. I have been profoundly impacted by her gentle but feminine intensity. She led me to begin hosting Cacao circles over a year ago, and I’ve been honored to witness the heart-opening magic she brings to community spaces.

I deeply respect the Mayan cultures that have cultivated, protected, and communed with this medicine for centuries, and am so grateful that sustainable Cacao can now be sourced from all over the world and shared with reverence.

My mission is to root so deeply into my truth that I feel held no matter what comes my way, all while creating spaces where others can do the same. Together, we’re building a revolutionary community grounded in play, truth, and liberation.
